5.2 WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE AVAILABLE, UNINTERRUPTED, OR ERROR-FREE.
5.3 WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP IS SECURE OR THAT YOUR USE OF THE APP WILL BE SAFE.
6. Limitation of Liability
6.1 TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE APP, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES.
7. Termination
7.1 We may terminate these Terms or your access to the App at any time for any reason.
7.2 You may terminate these Terms by deleting your account.
